It can be very exasperating and confusing to fix a fatal computer error. The most important thing when encountering such problems is to learn and understand the proper ways to do in order to prevent it from occurring again.
Fatal errors hinder a program from working which means that you have to start all over again on your work. Before you start anew, there are several things you should do so that the program will work next time you encounter errors.
Close all programs which are running in the background and try making the program work again. Oftentimes, programs don't work well when used at the same time.
Open the "Task Manager" to view the list of programs running in your computer.
Close down those programs that you don't need and are still running.
If this doesn't work, restart your computer.
After restarting, don't do other operations before trying to do similar operation again so that other programs won't interfere in the process.
Run the Scandisk program since it could possible repair hard drive problems and may also prevent the recurrence of the error.
Download the latest files through Windows Update so that patches and services will be updated.
Windows will select which ones need to be updated.
If you have installed a new software, try to uninstall it as it could be the problem or it may not have been correctly installed.
Furthermore, it could possible not work well along with other computer programs so it has to be removed.
You can also take the RAM to a computer shop to find out if it has any problems.
Alternatively, you may opt to just replace it. If you can search for a computer dealer who has a RAM tester, you might be able to let him test your RAM for free.
